Web Proxy:

With each change of your IP-address you have to enter the code again.
It is enough to enter the code just in one browser. Other programs (such as download managers) will automatically get the premium access on this computer.
The code can not be used for two or more computers at the same time, except for the case when the internet access is performed from the common IP (for example, when using a router).
